Hampshire Skills Bootcamp
Hampshire Skills Bootcamp delivery model:
Within the Hampshire area Momentum is prepared to deliver the below courses as a
start, however, this is not the stop point for us as we are always adjusting based on the
contract rules and individual needs:
CSCS Green Labourer Card & Rough Terrain Fork Truck Licence:
- Day 1 to 3 – British Values, Employability and health and wellbeing
- Day 4 – Abrasive wheels
- Day 5 to 7 – Health & Safety in a Construction Environmental
- Day 8 to 9 – Moving and Handling
- Day 10 – Banksman Training
- Day 11 to 15 – Counter-balance and/or reach, RTFL, or mini plant machinery (this is
dependent on the needs of the employer)
This will be a 3-week program, with classroom delivery face-to-face, upon completion, we
will arrange for our learners to complete the CITB test and gain a CSCS green card.
Eligibility:
- Unemployed
- Claiming Benefits
- Over the age of 19
- Resident of Hampshire
Practical Welding Training:
- EAL Level 2 MIG Welding and Fabrication Diploma
- Employability training
- Guaranteed interview at the end of the course with local employers within the
same industry - 4-week duration
- Classroom delivery face to face
Eligibility:
- Unemployed
- Claiming Benefits
- Over the age of 19
- Resident of Hampshire
Retrofit:
- Day 1 to 3 – British Values, Employability and health and wellbeing
- Day 4 – Abrasive wheels
- Day 5 to 6 – Moving and Handling
- Day 7 to 9 – Award in Retrofit Principles Level 2
- Day 10 – Mock-up day, revision and final exam
- Classroom delivery face-to-face
- 2-week duration
Eligibility:
- Unemployed

- Over the age of 19
- Resident of Hampshire
